PlantAI provides AI-powered plant identification, health assessment, and garden management tools. Our service relies on third-party AI technology and is provided "as is".

Important Disclaimer

Plant identification is AI-powered and may not be 100% accurate. Do NOT consume, touch, or use any plant based solely on PlantAI identification. Always consult a professional botanist or poison control center for plants you intend to consume or handle. Mawj is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on AI identification.

Subscriptions

• PlantAI offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans; prices are shown in the app before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings
• Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

Free Tier

• Free users receive 3 plant scans per month
• Free users can save up to 5 plants in their garden
• Health assessment and disease diagnosis require a Premium subscription

User Content

Photos you upload remain your property. By using PlantAI, you grant us permission to process your photos for plant identification and store them in your account.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Mawj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PlantAI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlantAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
